Can I see the product before I sign up?
Yes — the homepage has a live demo animation that shows a real audit run. If you want a walkthrough of the full dashboard, email hello@prizvox.com and we will set one up.
Do you offer agency reseller or referral arrangements?
We are working on a formal referral programme. For now, email hello@prizvox.com with the details of your agency and we will talk through what makes sense.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. We read every request and the most-requested ones go directly into the sprint. Email hello@prizvox.com with the workflow you are trying to solve — not just the feature name — and we can give you a realistic answer on timing.
Is Prizvox available in languages other than English?
The dashboard and reports are currently English only. GEO queries are run in English. Localisation is on the roadmap for general availability.
What is your data retention policy?
Audit data is retained for 12 months from the date of the audit. Client data is deleted 30 days after account cancellation. See the Security & Data page for the full picture.
